    You may apply for a Simple Permit.

  4. Q: My credit report shows a debt to the City of S.D.
    A: Call the Delinquent Accounts Program at (619) 744-3100.

  5. Q: The light on my street is out.

  6. Q: Someone left an item (sofa, refrigerator, mattress, etc) in the alley.

    A: Call that park's Recreation Center for information.

    A: You may call the Fire Department Weed Abatement Office at (619) 533-4444.

  11. Q: Can you tell me how to file a claim against the City?

    A: Your Residential Services will help you to locate your Council District, or you can call (619) 236-6440.

  14. Q: What are the dates and times the City Council meets?
    A: When in session, they meet every Monday at 2:00 p.m., and every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Council Meeting dates and times are posted by the City Clerk's Office.

  16. Q: How do I request a birth certificate?

  17. Q: How can I get married at City Hall?
