	Approval of Task Force minutes for the meeting of April 17, 2003

Item 4:	Non Agenda Public Comment
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Task Force on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the Task Force but not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 2 minutes per speaker and a total of 10 minutes for the item. More public comment will be taken at the end of the meeting, if time allows. Submit request to speak to the Task Force prior to the start of the meeting.

Item 5:	Introductory Comments by Chairperson
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the Task Force Chairperson to make announcements or comments.

Item 6:	Staff Update
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for staff members to make announcements or provide brief updates.

Item 7:	Comments by Task Force Members
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the Task Force members to make announcements or comments.

Item 8:	Revised Recommendations by Subcommittee 2 - Development, Regulations, and Incentives
	Subcommittee 2 will present their revised recommendations for Task Force review. The Task Force will be given time to discuss the recommendations.

Item 9:	Presentation by Subcommittee 3 - Finance
	Subcommittee 3 will present their recommendations for Task Force review. The Task Force will be given time to discuss the recommendations.

Item 10:	Subcommittee Reports and Meeting Dates
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the subcommittees to make any announcements regarding future meetings or subcommittee investigations.

Item 11:	Non-Agenda Public Comment
	This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Task Force on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the Task Force but not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 2 minutes per speaker. Submit request to speak to the Task Force prior to the start of the meeting.
