Nadia Torkman, MPA

PERFORMANCE AUDITOR II

Nadia Torkman joined the San Diego Office of the City Auditor in September 2022. Since then, Nadia has contributed to the publication of several performance audits, including the Re-Review: Performance Audit of the Fire-Rescue Department's Emergency Medical Response Process and the Performance Audit of the City's Grants Program. She also leverages her graphic design skills to develop infographics that highlight key findings across multiple departmental reports.

Nadia holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from California State University, Chico. Prior to joining the Office, she gained experience in the higher education and nonprofit sectors and conducted process improvement and program development research as part of her academic studies.
