Nadia Torkman joined the San Diego Office of the City Auditor in September of 2022. Nadia earned a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from California State University, Chico. Nadia joins the office with prior experience working within higher education and nonprofit administration and has conducted process improvement and program development research as a component of her studies.
