2015-2019 Consolidated Plan Materials

The Consolidated Plan is created every five years and assists the City to determine community needs. The planning process to create the Consolidated Plan serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing, economic, and community development priorities.

The comment period will be closed on April 30, 2014 at 5:00 pm. To request information in an alternative format or to request translation assistance, please contact the City Clerk’s office at (619) 533-4000 (voice) or (619) 236-7012 (TDD/TTY) at least five (5) working days prior to the meetings noticed above.

Draft Consolidated Plan and FY 2015 Annual Action Plan

The Consolidated Plan is scheduled to be presented to the City Council on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
