Item 5: Presentation on Infrastructure Financing Districts (IFD)

A representative from the City of Carlsbad will be presenting information regarding the IFD funding mechanism used for Legoland related public improvements. A representative from Keyser Marston Associates, the consulting firm who assisted with the formation of the IFD in the City of Carlsbad, will also be present to provide any additional information and answer questions.

 
Item 6: Economic/Fiscal Impact Study Methodology

Discussion of the economic/fiscal impact study Mr. Barrett will be preparing.

 
Item 7: Review of Chargers Financial Information

Review and discussion of the financial information requested of and received from the Chargers.

 
Item 8: Future Agenda Schedule & Topics

Discussion of future committee meeting schedules and agenda topics.

 
Item 9: Public Comment

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the committee on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the committee.

Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.
