Approval of committee minutes for the meetings of October 18, 2002 and October 21, 2002.

Item 4: Introductory Comments by Co-Chairpersons

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the Committee Co-Chairpersons to make announcements or comments.

Item 5: Comments by Committee Members

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for Committee members to make announcements or comments.

Item 6: Presentation By Chris Gonaver of the City's Environmental Protection Div.

Chris Gonaver, Deputy Director of the City's Environmental Protection Division, will discuss the stadium site issues related to the groundwater contamination from the Mission Valley Terminal.

Item 7: Presentation By HOK Architects

HOK Architects, who have been hired by the San Diego Chargers to develop design options for a new or remodeled stadium, will present their findings.

Item 8: Discussion of a Fact-Finding Tour

The committee will discuss the feasibility of a fact finding tour to other stadiums. Dan Barrett, consultant to the task force will present potential sites and respond to questions.

Item 9: Discussion of Traffic Impacts and Analysis of Future Development on the Stadium Site

The committee will discuss obtaining a traffic analysis from the City of potential development on the stadium site and surrounding area.

Item 10: Discussion of Findings from Previous Meetings and Final Report

The committee will discuss the procedure to develop findings from previous meetings and how it will be incorporated into the final report.

Item 11: Future Meeting Agendas

Discussion of future committee meeting schedules and agenda topics.

Item 12: Public Comment

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the committee on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the committee. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.
