Item 4: Introductory Comments by Chairs and Vice Chairperson

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the Chairs and Vice Chairperson to make announcements or comments.

 
Item 5: Comments by Committee Members

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for Committee members to make announcements or comments.

 
Item 6: Public Comment

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the committee on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the committee. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.

 
Item 7: Discussion of Alternative Site Areas

The committees will discuss alternative site areas that could be considered for stadium placement.

 
Item 8: Review of Facilities & Redevelopment Committee Facts and Findings From Previous Meetings

The committee will review the requested changes to the facts and findings reported and discussed at a previous meeting in preparation for the committee's final report.

   
Item 9: Discussion of Final Report

The committees will discuss the different options for the stadium in preparation of the final report.

   
Item 10: Discussion of Future Meetings

Discussion of future committee meeting schedules and agenda topics.
