Duties
A non-profit corporation designed to provide data processing services to the City of San Diego and other public agencies as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
Appointment
Appointed by City Manager Pursuant to Resolution No. R-299444
Term
Directors shall serve for a term of (2) years from date of appointment. Directors shall hold office until their successors are elected. Directors may serve a maximum of three terms.
Composition
Seven (7) members with a background in technology or finance with an emphasis on technology.
