Southeastern Economic Development Corporation, Board of Directors
Duties
To promote economic development and revitalization in the Southeast San Diego area. To provide economic development services and make recommendations concerning redevelopment plans and project areas.
Appointment
Appointed by Council.
Term
3 year staggered terms and until a successor is appointed and qualified. The expiration date of all terms shall be May 25; however, not more than three term shall expire in any year.
Composition
Nine (9) members. Each member is prohibited from engaging in any activity which could result in conflict of interest and must make an annual statement of financial disclosure.
