Forms Control

The Forms Control function, transferred to the City Clerk in 1982, is administered pursuant to Administrative Regulation 85.20 (PDF: 177K). The Forms Control Program provides for systematic control of the forms used to conduct City business. Its goal is to bring about maximum economy and efficiency in the use and production of City forms, both paper and electronic. Forms Control activities include reviewing and approving any new, revised, and discontinued forms.
