Records Center

The Records Center provides records storage city wide. Located at 202 "C" Street, the Records Center is responsible for the storage, retrieval, and destruction of eligible records. The Records Center houses over 25,000 boxes in seven secure storage locations.

Records activity is tracked and managed by a bar-code driven Records Management System. The staff follows strict policy and procedures to ensure access to and protection of records in their care. On average, Records Center staff handles almost 9,000 records transactions each year.
