Real Property & Economic Development Section

The attorneys in this section provide legal advice to the Airports, Community Services, Development Services, Economic Development, Neighborhood Code Compliance, Park and Recreation, Planning, Real Estate Assets, and Redevelopment Departments, including all their various boards and commissions. The attorneys in this section also draft memoranda of law, opinions, contracts, resolutions, ordinances and other documents for these departments.
