Criminal Division Positions
The Criminal Division of the San Diego City Attorney's Office, from time to time as openings arise, hires prosecutors who are interested in working in one of the nation's most comprehensive misdemeanor prosecution offices. The starting salary for entry-level prosecutors is approximately $60,417.
Occasionally, it is necessary for the Criminal Division to hire attorneys for replacement positions. Currently, we are looking for an experienced prosecuting trial attorney, with a minimum of two years trial experience desirable. Please send resume to:
