Torrey Highlands
Torrey Highlands is a multi-use community clustered around a village center featuring a supermarket, dining, multi-unit housing and Westview High School. The area's newest housing development, Terramar, is located directly across from the high school. Torrey Highlands is situated west of Rancho Peñasquitos, south of Black Mountain Ranch, east of Pacific Highlands Ranch, and north of Del Mar Mesa. During the first decade of the 21st century, Torrey Highlands' population has increased from 8 people to 7,000 people.
