Councilmember Lightner was joined by the Mayor, City staff, and community volunteers for the groundbreaking of the new La Jolla Shores Lifeguard Station on November 22, 2010. The event also celebrated the groundbreaking of the Kellogg Park parking lot infiltration project, which will maximize parking while providing enhanced environmental protections.
