Westfield's University Towne Center Revitalization Project

A draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the University Towne Center Revitalization Project has been prepared and may be reviewed at the following locations:

General Project Information:

Westfield's University Towne Center (UTC) shopping center is located in the community of University City. The proposed renovation and expansion includes the development of 250 multi-family residential units, and approximately 750,000 square-feet of new retail space.

The proposed project features include:

• Approximately 750,000 square feet of new and remodeled retail, dining and entertainment venues
• 250 multi-family residential units
• Open-air courtyards, green spaces, water structures and landscaping
• 7,163 parking spaces, in a mixture of new and upgraded structured and surface parking
• New transit center
• Certification under the LEED Green Building Rating System
