Councilmember Lightner Calls for Implementation of General Development Plan for Torrey Pines City Park
Councilmember Sherri Lightner issued a memorandum on Monday, June 1 asking city officials to connect the awarding of a half-million dollar consulting contract for the creation of a Torrey Pines City Park General Development Plan (GDP) to funding for the implementation of the GDP.
