Madeleine Baudoin - Council Representative/Policy Analyst
Madeleine Baudoin serves as Council President Scott Peters' representative on land use and policy-related issues in University City, Rancho Peñasquitos, Torrey Highlands and Black Mountain Ranch. She also advises Peters on Airport, Biotech, Mental Health, Library, Corporate Relations, and Arts & Culture issues citywide. Madeleine comes to the Office of the Council President Peters as a communications specialist with a professional background in advertising, public relations and mental health. Madeleine served as a publicity consultant and Walk Chair for the National Alliance on Mental Illness in San Diego, and as a New Business Director at Forte Croston Advertising in Boston, MA. Baudoin received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from Emerson College.
