Stephen Heverly
Council Representative
Stephen represents Councilmember Lightner in the Black Mountain Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos and Torrey Highlands communities and assists her on the Natural Resources and Culture Committee.
Prior to working for Council District One, Stephen completed an internship in the City of San Diego's Environmental Services Department and worked on local and national political campaigns. He also spent many years volunteering for local community groups. Stephen has a B.S. in Biology from Saginaw Valley State University
