Jesse Mays
Chief of Staff
Jesse serves as Councilmember Lightner's Chief of Staff and as her representative for University City and UC San Diego.
Jesse grew up in Chicago and is a graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, Calif., with a degree in English. Previously, he worked in Los Angeles on feature film and network television development and production.
