Mel Millstein
Council Representative
Mel represents the Carmel Valley, Del Mar Mesa, and Pacific Highlands Ranch communities for the Council President Pro Tem Lightner and assists her with the Infrastructure Committee. Mel also assists on issues pertaining to public safety.
Prior to joining the District 1 Office, Mel was a research consultant for Advanced Biotherapy Concepts Inc., where he assisted board members by translating reports from the Russian to English language. Mel graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Political Science.
