Jacob O’Neill - Council Representative

Jacob O’Neill is the Council Representative for University City. He also oversees all Constituent Services for Council District 1 and is the office liaison for military matters. Prior to joining the District 1 office, Jacob spent seven years at Comp USA in San Marcos and The Good Guys in La Jolla. He has also worked for Club Med Resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Huatulco, Mexico. Jacob graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a degree in Political Science. He is originally from Sacramento but has lived in San Diego for the past ten years.
