Information/Questions: For the most up-to-date information please call Councilmember Kevin Faulconer's District Two office at (619) 236-6622. Councilmember Faulconer and his staff can answer a variety of questions, including what addresses are still under mandatory evacuation and information on how to gain access to your home. You may also visit the south end of the site to speak with District Two staff, as well as emergency personnel.
California Governer's Office of Emergency Services (OES): To file a claim with OES please call (916) 845-8149.
Tax Reassessment Information: To learn about having your home reassessed for tax purposes, please visit the county's assesser's Web site at www.sdarcc.com.
Traffic Detours: Traffic heading northbound from the Balboa Avenue/Garnet Avenue area will be routed west by turning left onto Beryl Street, then north onto Soledad Road. Soledad Road will then merge onto Soledad Mountain Road.
Traffic heading southbound on Soledad Mountain Road will be routed south by turning right on Soledad Road, then eastbound by turning left on Beryl Street. From Beryl Street traffic will then be routed right onto Soledad Road.

Union-Tribune Newspaper Delivery: The Union-Tribune will credit the homes that are unable to receive delivery of newspapers due to the landslide. Please call the Union-Tribune's customer service center at (619) 299-3131 or (800) 244-6397 for more information.
Only emergency personnel are permitted near the site. Residents who need assistance should contact the information line at (619) 570-1070. All other citizens are urged to stay clear of the area.
