Thyme Curtis
Policy Director
Thyme is Kevin's Policy Director and serves as the liaison for the communities of Downtown, and Little Italy. She is also responsible for items relating to the Port of San Diego, and staffs him at the Land Use and Housing Committee and the Rules Committee.
An 18-year resident of San Diego, Thyme is a graduate of San Diego State University and holds her bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Since joining Kevin’s team in 2007, Thyme has worked many of the communities of district two on a diverse array of projects, advised Kevin on Community Development Block Grant and Transient Occupancy Tax funding, and counseled him on land use and redevelopment.
Prior to joining the second district office in 2007, Thyme worked with software start-up companies in their marketing and public relations departments. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, traveling and photography.
