Michael Patton
Council Representative
Michael Patton is Kevin's representative for Midway/North Bay, Ocean Beach, and Point Loma as well as policy advisor on Public Safety & Neighborhood Services, homeland security, airport, and military issues. Michael joined the Second District office in 2011. He has been a resident of the San Diego area since 2005 when he moved to Point Loma. He earned a bachelor’s degree in International and Cultural Studies from the University of Tampa. He enjoys surfing, and playing soccer on the beach.
