Anthony Bernal, Council Representative

Anthony Bernal, a resident of Downtown, brings a variety of experience from both the private and non-profit sectors. He has worked for an engineering design/construction management firm on matters related to public utilities. He also worked with an affiliate of National Council of La Raza addressing issues affecting the Latino community.

Anthony earned his undergraduate degree from University of the Pacific in Stockton. His interests include training for half marathons and serving on a variety of non-profit boards.

Anthony serves as Councilmember Gloria's representative to the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, Uptown and North Park and works on issues related to public utilities, public works, health, abandoned vehicles, refugees and parks and recreation.
