Katie Keach, Deputy Chief of Staff

Katie Keach brings to Council District Three a wide range of experience from government service and the private sector. Before working for Councilmember Gloria, Katie worked for elected officials at the federal, state and local levels, for the San Diego City Firefighters and for a private ambulance company. Katie attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where she received a degree in Communication.

Katie currently lives in Pacific Beach and enjoys walking at the beach, baking and regularly watches The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report.

Katie handles media inquiries and communications for Councilmember Gloria as well as policy issues related to fire and rescue services and transportation.
