The free facility, at 841 South 41st St., provides much-needed services to middle and high-school students, including homework assistance as well as free access to computers, printers, internet, school supplies and after-school snacks. 80 carousel EDCO Disposal Corp Day On March 29, 2011, the San Diego City Council proclaimed it EDCO Disposal Corp.
