Council President Young, Councilmembers Lorie Zapf, Kevin Faulconer and David Alvarez joined Corvette Diner restaurant owner Lesley Cohn and the California Restaurant Association at a press conference to speak out in support of municipal code amendments that will aid family restaurants by rolling back permit requirements.
