Fill The Fin

San Diego City Council President Tony Young and Councilmember Sherri Lightner are teaming up with San Diego Lifesaving Association and the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA to launch the "Fill the Fin" campaign to raise money for much-needed swim lessons for inner city youth. Lifeguards will be at local beaches Aug. 12 – 18 with bright colored fins asking residents and tourists alike for coins and dollars for water safety and swim instruction.
