Council President Young joins Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher and Pastor Miles McPherson to celebrate volunteers from the Rock Church who provided more than 700,000 community service hours last year to improve neighborhood facilities throughout San Diego, including District 4’s Jackie Robinson YMCA.
