Council President Tony Young cuts the ceremonial ribbon to mark the completion of a major infra-structure project in the Mt. View neighborhood of Council District 4. The $10 million project realigned the intersection of 43rd Street, National Avenue, Logan Avenue and San Pasqual Street.
