San Diego needs local, reliable and sustainable sources of water to lessen our dependence on imported water. Council President Young joins Councilmember Lorie Zapf on a tour of the City of San Diego’s Water Purification Demonstration Project that uses the most advanced state-of-the-art treatment process that purifies treated waste-water to a level similar to distilled water quality.
