Regulatory Relief Day
The San Diego City Council continues to look for ways to strengthen the local economy and enhance job creation. A special Regulatory Relief Day Workshop was held at City Hall on Monday, Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. to hear recommendations and feedback from the business and economic community on ways that various city regulations, permitting processes and policies can be streamlined, modified or repealed in order to make it easier for businesses to start-up and grow.
Business owners and others who were unable to attend the Regulatory Relief workshop can contact their City Council District representative or post comments and recommendations on the Regulatory Relief San Diego Facebook and Twitter pages.
Specific suggestions presented at the public forum will be addressed in the upcoming months and year ahead by the Council and its Committees.
