Lourdes Borboa, Council Representative

Lourdes serves as Councilmember Young’s liaison to the Latino Community, Community Development Block Grant Program, and San Diego Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies and Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program. Lourdes is a Council Representative and is responsible for handling communications, and is working on special projects.

Lourdes grew up in Mexicali, Mexico. After graduating high school she attended Cetys Universidad where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. Before working with Councilmember Tony Young she worked at Sherman Heights Community Center.

Lourdes enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and watching a good film.
