Petrina Burnham Branch, Senior Policy Advisor
Petrina focuses on policy development related to land use, housing and the environment. Prior to joining Councilman Young’s staff, Petrina worked at San Diego Gas & Electric in the regulatory Affairs Department. She has a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is a former President of the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association.
