Lea Fields-Bernard

Ms. Fields-Bernard earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1994 and her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in 1991. From 1998 to July 2007 she worked as a prosecutor with the San Diego City Attorney's office, and from January 2008 to July 2009 she served as the City's council committee consultant for the Public Safety & Neighborhood Services committee and the Budget & Finance committee. Ms. Fields-Bernard also serves on the board of the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association and works as an adjunct law professor for Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
