Liezl Mangonon, Council Representative

Liezl serves as Councilmember Young’s liaison to the Asian/ Pacific Islander Community, Community Development Block Grant Program, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, Metropolitan Transit Service and SANDAG. Liezl also assists with constituent services and correspondence and is currently working on special projects

Liezl graduated with a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. During her time at U.S.D., she was highly involved in the Filipino "Ugnayan" Student Organization (F.U.S.O.) and the Filipino Collegiate Collaborative (F.C.C.)

Liezl loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling.
