Derrick White, Senior Council Representative
Derrick was born and raised in the Fourth Council District and he attended
Knox Elementary, O’Farrell Middle School, and Morse High School.
After graduating high school he attended Howard University in Washington,
D. C. where he earned a bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor
in Administration of Justice. He later went on to do a Master Certificate
program at the University San Diego and is currently working towards his
Masters Degree in Divinity at Bethel University. Before working with Councilman
Anthony Young he worked at O’Farrell Middle School in the AVID program
and then as Council Representative with the late Councilman Charles L.
Lewis. He feels privileged to serve a district that carries a deep affection
in his heart.
