Committed to Citizen Input

Councilmember DeMaio is regularly walking the neighborhoods of District 5. With each home he is visiting, DeMaio is asking residents for their top concerns and input on ways to improve city government.

If a resident is not home, Carl leaves a brochure with a survey (PDF: 1.2Mb) that can be filled out and mailed back to his office. You can download the survey or fill out an online response form.
