Kelly Batten - Community Representative

Kelly is the representative to the Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch communities.

She is a native to the Fifth District, born and raised in Rancho Bernardo and graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School. Kelly attended San Diego State University where she earned her degree in Political Science. She, her husband and three young daughters still reside in Rancho Bernardo.
