Heather Ingram - Executive Assistant

Heather is tasked with keeping the Councilman’s schedule, managing the office, and working on charitable projects.

A native of Annapolis, MD, Heather began her career in San Diego in the finance department of the Performance Institute where she was also Carl’s executive assistant. Most recently, she worked in the accounting department of the San Diego Housing Commission.
