Elizabeth Spillane
Press Secretary
Elizabeth Spillane is the Press Secretary for the Office of City Councilman Mark Kersey. Prior to joining the 5th District team, Elizabeth implemented strategic public affairs programs for clients throughout California as an Account Coordinator at Roni Hicks & Associates, a San Diego-based marketing and communications firm. She also has an extensive background in political campaigns, fundraising, and grassroots organizing.
Elizabeth graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco. She is a member of Be The Match, a branch of the National Marrow Donor Program. In her spare time, Elizabeth is an avid reader and enjoys exploring the many neighborhoods of San Diego with her husband.
