Tiffany Vinson
Council Representative
Tiffany Vinson is Councilman Kersey's Council Representative and serves as a liaison for the communities of Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch. Tiffany is also the district contact for Community Projects, Programs, and Services (CPPS) funding; Arts, Culture and Community Festivals (ACCF) allocations; and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). She also advises on Fire, Disaster Preparedness, and Parks & Recreation issues.
A native San Diegan, Tiffany studied Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Prior to joining Council District Five in 2011, Tiffany worked on community outreach projects and local campaigns. Tiffany also served the City of Chula Vista as a Commissioner for Arts and Culture, and was a member of the San Ysidro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
