| SUBJECT: | Discounted Development Services Fees for Seniors |
I am requesting that the Development Services Department study the possibility of discounting its fees to seniors for home repair inspections. (e.g. The inspection fee to have a new hot water heater installed in one's home.)
I would appreciate having this information included in the Development Services Department's Fee Study and proposed Fee Restructuring Plan when it returns to the City Council.
