Frye Announces Law to Protect Renters

| What: | Councilmember Donna Frye will introduce her proposal to help solve a disturbing and universal problem that concerns all renters living on a month-to-month lease. Over half of San Diego?s citizens are renters and many are on a month-to-month lease. These renters are subject to eviction on a moment?s notice. Councilmember Frye will introduce an ordinance to help end these disruptive and sometimes illegal evictions and create a renewed sense of security and community amongst landlords and tenants. |
