The citizens of District 6 are often the eyes and ears of government; you see, every day, what is going on in your neighborhoods. Since City staff can not be everywhere all the time, the participation of citizens by contacting the City to report graffit, illegal signs, code violations and potholes is very important.

Councilmember Frye wants to make the process of responding to these complaints more efficient, while at the same time allowing more opportunities for public input. Opportunities for improvement are currently being identified. Subsequently, a timeline will be developed so that meaningful improvements can be achieved as quickly as possible.

Increase public participation and establish an enhanced Community Right to Know Policy.
Councilmember Frye believes that the citizens of San Diego have the right to know what is going on in City government. She is dedicated to providing as many opportunities to participate in the government decision-making process as possible. Visit the Community Right to Know page.
