Kristin Camper, Council Representative

Kristin serves as Councilmember Frye’s Council Representative to the community of Serra Mesa. She graduated from San Diego State University with her B.A. in Public Administration with an emphasis in environmental issues. In 2005 during her last semester, she completed her course work by interning with Councilmember Frye’s office, and started as a Council Representative after graduation. Kristin has lived in San Diego since moving from Utah in 2000.
