City Heights
City Heights spans three different council districts. The City Heights neighborhoods located in District 7 are bordered by Euclid Avenue to the west and south, El Cajon Boulevard to the north, and Chollas Parkway and 54th Street to the east.
Four neighborhoods comprise this area: Chollas Creek, Colina Del Sol, Fox Canyon, and Islenair.

In House Watch
Residents along University Avenue are collaborating to form a Neighborhood Watch organization and create a safety network within apartment complexes in Colina Park and El Cerrito south.
The organization currently extends to 5480 University Avenue (Colina Park) and 5550 and 5504 University Avenue (El Cerrito Glen). Future efforts include extending In House Watch throughout the Colina Park area.
