Rolando is bordered by College Avenue to the west, University Avenue to the south, the City of La Mesa to the east and El Cajon Boulevard to the north. The Rolando Community Council meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Rolando Methodist Church, located at 6855 Seminole Drive.
